Christ Inspired Generation (CIG) is a Christian ministry that was first founded in September 2022 with a burden to reach people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, raise disciples, and equip believers for the work of the ministry.
The ministry originally operated under the name Christ for All Outreach. Over the years, the ministry’s vision, structure, and scope continued to develop as the burden to raise a generation of Christ-centred young people became increasingly clear.
On 7 June 2026, a significant transition took place.

Christ for All Outreach was officially renamed and restructured as Christ Inspired Generation (CIG).
The change of name represents more than a change in identity. It reflects the ministry’s growing emphasis on raising a generation that is inspired, transformed, and empowered by Christ to live for Him and advance His Kingdom.
On the same 7 June 2026, the ministry launched its first dedicated campus fellowship at Winneba Campus, marking the beginning of the campus ministry expression of Christ Inspired Generation.

The establishment of the Winneba Campus fellowship was driven by the conviction that tertiary institutions represent strategic mission fields. Students are not only the leaders of tomorrow but are already influencers within their families, communities, churches, professions, and society. Reaching and discipling them while they are on campus provides an opportunity to shape their spiritual lives and prepare them for Kingdom impact.

Therefore, CIG Campus Ministry was established as a non-denominational fellowship, welcoming students from different Christian denominations and backgrounds while maintaining a strong commitment to the authority of Scripture and the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
The campus ministry focuses particularly on soul winning, discipleship, spiritual growth, leadership development, and training believers for the work of the ministry.

Our Mission
To proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, win souls, disciple believers, equip students for ministry, and raise Christ-centred leaders who will advance the Kingdom of God on campus and beyond.
We accomplish this through:
Evangelism
We intentionally reach students with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and call people to repentance, faith, and salvation.
Discipleship
We establish new believers in the Word, helping them grow from spiritual infancy into maturity.
Training
We equip believers with biblical and practical knowledge necessary for evangelism, discipleship, leadership, preaching, teaching, prayer, and other areas of ministry.
Prayer
We cultivate a generation that understands the power and necessity of prayer and intercession.
Fellowship
We create an environment where believers from different Christian backgrounds can grow together in Christ and encourage one another.

We identify, mentor, train, and deploy emerging leaders who can take responsibility for God’s work.

We see every campus as a mission field and every believer as a potential missionary to their peers.

Our Core Mandate
CIG can be built around five major pillars:
1. WIN
Win souls for Christ.
Our first responsibility is to reach the lost. We believe every student should have the opportunity to hear the Gospel.
“Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”

2. ESTABLISH
Establish believers in Christ.
Winning a soul is not the end of the assignment. New believers must be taught, nurtured, and established in the faith.
3. TRAIN
Train believers for the work of ministry.
CIG seeks to move believers from being mere spectators to becoming active participants in God’s work.
“For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.”

4. DEPLOY
Send trained believers into the harvest.
Those who have been trained must be given opportunities to serve, evangelise, disciple others, and take responsibility.
5. MULTIPLY
Raise people who will raise others.
The ultimate goal is multiplication. A disciple should become a disciple-maker.
“And the things that thou hast heard of me… the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.”

Our Philosophy
Every believer is a minister. Every campus is a mission field. Every student is a potential disciple-maker.
CIG does not believe that ministry belongs only to pastors, evangelists, or church leaders.
We believe that every believer has a role to play in the advancement of God’s Kingdom.
Therefore, the fellowship seeks to discover the gifts, abilities, and callings of students and create opportunities for them to develop and use those gifts for God’s glory.
A student who joins CIG should not simply ask:
“What can I receive from this fellowship?”
They should eventually ask:
“What has God placed inside me, and how can I use it to serve His purpose?”

What Makes CIG Different?
CIG is non-denominational.
This means that the fellowship is not established to promote one particular denomination above another. Students from different Christian denominations and backgrounds can fellowship together while maintaining their respective church identities.
However, non-denominational does not mean non-doctrinal.
CIG remains firmly committed to the authority of Scripture and to the centrality of Jesus Christ.
The emphasis is on what unites believers in Christ while encouraging every member to remain connected to the local church and to grow in biblical maturity.

The Campus Ministry
Christ Inspired Generation Campus Ministry
The campus ministry is the operational arm of CIG focused specifically on reaching students within tertiary institutions.
Its primary objectives are to:
Reach students with the Gospel.
Establish new converts in the faith.
Conduct regular Bible studies.
Develop a strong prayer culture.
Train students in evangelism.
Equip students for ministry.
Identify and develop emerging leaders.
Organise evangelistic outreaches.
Encourage Christian fellowship across denominations.
Raise disciples who can disciple others.
Prepare students to influence their future spheres of society for Christ.

Our Discipleship Model
I think this should become one of the strongest features of CIG.
Encounter → Establish → Equip → Engage → Empower → Multiply
Encounter:
Students encounter Christ through the preaching of the Gospel, worship, prayer, and biblical teaching.
Establish:
New believers are helped to understand salvation, Scripture, prayer, holiness, fellowship, and Christian identity.
Equip:
Believers receive practical training in evangelism, discipleship, leadership, Bible study, preaching, prayer, and ministry.
Engage:
Trained members are given opportunities to participate in outreach and ministry.
Empower:
Emerging leaders are entrusted with responsibilities and mentored for greater effectiveness.
Multiply:
Every trained disciple is encouraged to reproduce the same process in the life of another person.
This makes CIG more than a weekly fellowship. It becomes a discipleship and leadership pipeline.

Our Campus Strategy
CIG Campus Ministry can operate through several ministry expressions:
Campus Evangelism
Going into lecture halls, hostels, student communities, and other appropriate campus environments to share the Gospel.
Bible Study
Creating an environment where students can understand Scripture and develop biblical convictions.
Prayer and Intercession
Raising students who pray for their campus, fellow students, the Church, Ghana, and the nations.
Discipleship Groups
Small groups where believers can receive personal attention, accountability, mentoring, and spiritual development.
Evangelistic Outreaches
Organising targeted campus outreaches, crusades, Gospel campaigns, and personal evangelism initiatives.
Leadership Training
Preparing students to serve effectively in CIG, their churches, and their various spheres of influence.
Ministry Training
Training students in practical areas such as evangelism, preaching, teaching, worship, prayer, discipleship, missions, leadership, and Christian apologetics.

Our Desired Outcome
At CIG, we do not measure success merely by the number of people who attend a meeting.
We measure success by transformation and multiplication.
We want to see:
A sinner become a believer.
A believer become a disciple.
A disciple become a worker.
A worker become a leader.
A leader become a disciple-maker.
A disciple-maker raise other disciple-makers.
That is how a campus fellowship becomes a movement.

Our Great Commission Mandate
The foundation of CIG is the Great Commission:
“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations…”

We believe the command to make disciples is not reserved for a select group of Christians. It is a responsibility entrusted to the Church.
Therefore, CIG exists to help students discover that they are not merely students; they are witnesses for Christ in their generation.
The lecture hall can become a mission field.
The hostel can become a mission field.
The classroom can become a mission field.
The campus can become a mission field.
And the student can become a missionary.

Our Long-Term Vision
Beginning from Winneba Campus on 7 June 2026, we envision Christ Inspired Generation developing into a network of campus fellowships that will reach tertiary institutions across Ghana.
Our desire is to see:
CIG Winneba → CIG across Ghana → CIG across Africa → CIG among the nations.
We envision campuses filled with students who are:
